Overview of the company

AS Muuga Betoonelement, based on Estonian private equity, was founded in year 2006. Company’s main activity is producing and deliverying reinforced concrete elements. The
owners of the company are AS Rand & Tuulberg Grupp and Astlanda Ehitus OÜ.

The production started at the beginning of 2008 when new production building was opened. The organisation uses the most modern manufacturing technology of the precast ncrete elements in Estonia and, at the same time, one of the most modern in Europe..

The projected capacity of the plant is:

  • 100 000 m² extrude hollow core slabs per year
  • 100 000 m² wall panels per year
  • 50 000 m³ of concrete per year

Beside the concrete element production factory
(neto area 9792 m²), the factory complex consists of the supporting facilities like concrete blenders’ laundry, outer stocks (for storing of sand and macadam) and outer storage with two bridge cranes.

The factory is situated in Tallinn in the neighbourhood of Muuga harbour and is also logistically opened to car- and reilroad freight.
